ABOUT ME

This is a Space for Understanding — Not Fixing.

If you're reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve spent a long time trying to make sense of yourself in a world that hasn’t always made space for who you are. Maybe you’re newly discovering your neurodivergence as an adult, or you’ve been carrying the weight of complex trauma from abuse, family dynamics, religious environments, or social systems that told you who you were supposed to be. Maybe you’re tired of masking, exhausted from surviving, and longing for a way to feel safe - in your body, in your relationships, and in your community.

If that resonates, you’re exactly who I’m here for.

I’m a neurodivergent counselor who works with people navigating the messy, beautiful, confusing journey of rediscovering their authentic selves. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to unlearn old stories, question old systems, and reconnect with parts of yourself that were pushed aside for years. My role isn’t to “fix” you - it’s to walk with you as you unravel those layers, find what’s true for you, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

How I Work

My primary modalities are EMDR and Trauma-Informed Internal Family Systems (IFS). Both approaches honor the wisdom your body carries and the protective parts of you that have worked so hard for so long. In our work, we move at a pace that feels right for you. We listen to the parts of you that are scared, tired, hopeful, angry, protective, or unsure - and we help them find safety and connection. We work gently but deeply, supporting your nervous system as you heal, integrate, and grow.

A Space That Fits You —
Not the Other Way Around

As a neurodivergent person who has expereinced chronic and complex trauma, I know that traditional therapy spaces haven't always felt accessible or affirming. In our work together, your communication style, sensory needs, processing time, and embodied experience aren't just welcomed -they're respected and centered.

There's room for your pauses, your tangents, your intensity, your softness, your humor, your grief, your joy.

This is a space where you don't have to mask, minimize, or translate yourself.

What I Believe

Healing is not about becoming someone new - it's about returning to yourself.

Trauma isn't a personal failing; it's the residue of environments that didn't protect or consider you.

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their body and connected to community.

You already have everything you need to heal; therapy is simply the place where you're finally allowed to access it.

If You're Ready

If you're seeking a therapist who understands trauma and neurodivergence, honors your lived experience, and helps you build real, embodied safety - not just coping skills - I'd love to connect.

You deserve to feel whole
You deserve to feel safe
And you don't have to do it alone
